STANDING RULES

of

THE GREATER PHILADELPHIA LOCKSMITH’S ASSOCIATION

Standing Rule 1 – The application fee for the Association shall be $95.00

Standing Rule 2 – Dues for the Association shall be $95.00

Standing Rule 3 – A criminal background check of each applicant will be conducted by an independent investigator, as stated on the Application Form.  The Association will pay for this check.  Any member may use this background check service for a fee of $50.00.

Standing Rule 4 – The Treasurer may disburse funds up to $1000.00 under Article VI, Section F, Sub-Section 4 of the BYLAWS.

Standing Rule 5 – The Treasurer may disburse funds for the following recurring payments under Article VI, Section F, Sub-Section 4 of the BYLAWS.

1.  Monthly GPLA Headquarters rent payment in any amount up to $1500.00, to:
